1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining the Cric Bid Pro waitlist or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Use of our services indicates full legal acceptance of all conditions outlined herein.
2. Service Description
Cric Bid Pro is a cricket player auction platform for tournament organizers. The platform is currently in pre-launch. Waitlist registration does not guarantee platform access or any specific launch date. We reserve the right to modify service features at any time during the development phase.
3. User Accounts & Waitlist
Waitlist registration requires a valid email address. One registration per person. We reserve the right to remove duplicate or fraudulent registrations. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any future account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for:
- Fraudulent player identity misrepresentation
- Real-money gambling activities
- Money laundering or financial fraud
- Harassment of other users or tournament participants
- Any activity violating Indian law or local regulations
5. Payment & Refunds
All plan prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are one-time per tournament. Full refund available within 24 hours if the tournament auction has not started. No refund once the auction session has begun or digital assets have been generated for the event.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, code, design, and branding is owned by Cric Bid Pro. Player data uploaded by users remains the user's property. Sold cards generated by the platform may be shared freely for personal/non-commercial use; however, the underlying template remains our IP.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cric Bid Pro is not liable for disputes between teams, financial decisions made during auctions, or internet connectivity issues during live sessions. Maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific tournament instance in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before proceeding to legal action.
